Not simply stuffed locally
Midyaji Basha is built around one dish: Midye Dolma, the Turkish stuffed mussel. We wanted customers in Amman to taste mussels that begin their journey in Turkey.
Our mussels originate in Turkey and are stuffed there with seasoned rice. They are flown to Jordan already stuffed, with the rice partially cooked.
In Amman we complete the cooking and final preparation, then deliver each order to the customer. That is the whole idea: Turkish mussels that come to you from Turkey, not mussels that are simply stuffed here.
We work by delivery only, within Amman and with a focus on West Amman, and you order directly with us on WhatsApp or by phone.
